Why 21 days?

One of the most trusted methods to build habits is the 21/90 rule. The rule goes like this - it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make a lifestyle. The additional social spin to this makes it even more interesting.

Why should I add my squad?

Sharing your goals in a close community increases your chances of completing them. Your squad gives you validation, calls out on you when you’re slacking and pushes you to become your best self.

How do streaks work?

The secret behind habit building is regularity. Each day when you complete your habit, your streak increases by 1. Miss a day, and you’re back to zero.

How do I unlock waves?

Complete the first 7 days of your habit, and you unlock a ripple. When you complete a 21 day streak, you unlock a wave. Keep unlocking waves to increase your level and flex your achievements.
